Other reasons of processing the mentioned Personal Data are: to process the Personal Data about the User/Member pursuant to the legislation of Radio and Television Supreme Council, the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No: 5846, Turkish Criminal Law No: 5237, particularly the Law on Regulating Broadcasting in the Internet and Fighting Against Crimes Committed through Internet Broadcasting No #5651 and relevant secondary legislation, the Law on Regulation of Electronic Commerce No #6563 and relevant secondary legislation, Law on Establishment of Radio and Television Enterprises and Their Media Services No #6112 and other legal regulations; to organize all records an documents electronically or as hard copy, in line with the purpose of processing; and comply with the obligations of data storage, reporting, information and data sharing as specified by the relevant regulatory authorities and other bodies. And the traffic data that we process will be stored for 2 years and anonymized after such period, pursuant to the Law on Regulating Broadcasting in the Internet and Fighting Against Crimes Committed through Internet Broadcasting No #5651. In any case, if Personal Data is processed for more than one reason, then such data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized only when all the reasons which require the processing of such data disappear.
